Order Processing Time

​

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped and on its way.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During busy times or holidays, processing may take a little longer, but we always do our best to get your order out quickly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and location.

We currently offer:

• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) 

• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 within the U.S.

Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

Domestic Shipping

​

Kids Love Travel ships to all U.S. addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses.
At this time, local pickup is not available.

International Shipping

​

We currently do not offer international shipping, but we hope to expand soon so families around the world can enjoy our travel boxes and bundles.

Order Tracking

​

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

​

Service Interruptions

​

Unexpected events such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or holiday traffic may occasionally affect delivery times.
If your package is delayed, please know we’re keeping an eye on it and will update you as needed.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

​

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please reach out within 7 days of delivery to hello@kidslovetravel.com.
Include your order number and (if applicable) photos of the damaged items, and we’ll work with the shipping carrier to make it right.
