At Kids Love Travel, we want you (and your little explorers!) to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Returns
We accept returns on most unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@kidslovetravel.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note:

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

We cannot accept returns on personalized or custom items (such as customized bags or bundles).

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
Need to swap an item for a different one? No problem!
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order for the correct one.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@kidslovetravel.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products are not eligible for return, including:
